ONLINE REGISTRATION
Access is required to place orders, see purchase history, view and pay invoices, etc.
Additional users may be added to established accounts by requesting an access invitation. PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us to remove/add users as necessary. WPS is not responsible for any unauthorized users that have not been communicated and confirmed.
WPS does not accept “Ship Complete” orders. All items will ship when available. In the event of a backorder, the IN-STOCK items will be fulfilled; the backorder items will ship as they become available.
WPS is adding new products to our website every day. If there is something you need that you do not see on our website, please contact a sales representative who will assist you with placing your order.
SPECIAL ORDERS can be accepted contingent on management approval.

It is the responsibility of the customer to open and fully inspect the product for accuracy immediately upon receipt. WPS cannot accept returns that are found to be incorrect or defective after the return window has closed.
- All RMA requests must be received within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Returns are only accepted for products returned in their original, sealed packaging. Open or used products are not eligible for return. If a product return is received and found to have been open or used it will be returned to the customer (at the customer’s expense) with the balance for the product remaining due.
- All returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless the product was shipped incorrectly or defective in which the replacement product will be shipped to the customer at WPS expense.
- Returns will be credited to your account. WPS does not issue refunds on returned items. WPS will issue a credit on your account for future orders.
- Items must be received by WPS within 15 days of Return Authorization approval. Failure to do so will result in a full charge to the customer and the items will be ineligble for return.
If an RMA is issued items must be returned through a traceable shipping method, (certified mail, UPS or FedEx), freight prepaid with tracking number provided.
